How To Ship The Plastic Card

This little guide will give you tips on how to ship your current plastic card the correct way to our lab in Germany and how you can save a lot of money by avoiding unnecessary high shipping fees!

To be able to produce your luxury metal card, you will need to ship us your plastic card to our lab.

Once you have successfully placed an order you will get our current lab address in Hamburg, Germany 🇩🇪 via email. Please make sure that you also check your spam folder.

Our services are available for international credit / debit / prepaid / bank cards. Including USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Japan, Spain, Mexico, Italy, Germany, France, Brazil, South Korea, Singapore, UAE and many many other countries. 

How to find the best shipping method:

• Before you send, you should do some research to find the cheapest shipping options in your country. For example in the USA: USPS mail has a cheap option (about $18)
• There are companies which help you to get the cheapest rates for DHL, FedEx, UPS etc. We like Packlink, PackageHopper, ParcelMonkey and PirateShip. There are many more of these but you will have to check if they are operating in your country

It's really worth it to use such companies because it can save you up to 70% compared to the normal rates which you would get directly from shipping carriers like UPS, DHL, etc.

You can use any shipping method you like. But the fastest way is to choose one with Express delivery.

When shipping internationally: Please declare the package as a "business card" and enter 1$ USD for the value field on your customs declaration form. Choose "documents" for reason of export.
